Calendar Packets will be sent by email to the WSAA Chartered Clubs and Shops.
Additional copies of all the documents can be downloaded from the WSAA website HERE:
1. All requested calendar shoots for the annual schedule will be submitted to the Tournament Scheduler with listing fee paid, postmarked prior to 1 October, prior to the year being scheduled (1 January through 31 December).
2. Request will be submitted in writing (by mail or online) and accompanied by $10 for each shoot to be listed.
WE ARE SETUP TO RECEIVE CALENDAR BIDS AND PAYMENTS ONLINE. CHAMPIONSHIP BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL OR POSTAL MAIL.
A weekend event will count as one shoot. The request should include preferred and alternate dates. Mention if date is in conjunction with another local event or festival.
3. A Calendar Shoot may not be listed on the same dates as the same TYPE of State Championship event
4. The Tournament Scheduler will make selection of dates as close as possible to dates requested by the clubs. Preference in schedule will be given to type of shoots leading up to the next State Championship.
5. Events submitted after the 1 October deadline may be added at Convention; fee for late additions will be $20 per event.
6. All WSAA Championship tournaments, NW Sectional Championships and NFAA National Championships will be included on the Calendar without charge. Other events i.e. Senior Games, State Games, may be included if a club, shop, or individual sponsors the event by paying the $10 fee.
7. The WSAA Calendar will be finalized at the Annual Convention. The Scheduler will arrange for the printing and distribution of Pocket Calendars. The WSAA Editor will list all Calendar Shoots in the Quiver. The WSAA Webmaster will post the WSAA Calendar on the WSAA Website.
